Labor Relations Manager

Citi is seeking an experienced Labor Relations Manager to lead our team and ensure effective employee relations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing labor relations strategies, managing conflicts, and representing the organization in contract negotiations.
About You
We're looking for a skilled professional with 5-8 years of experience in labor relations, HR processes, team management, and leadership. Your excellent communication and diplomacy skills will enable you to effectively manage relationships with employees, unions, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
As a Labor Relations Manager at Citi, your duties will include:
- Developing and implementing labor relations strategies to minimize conflicts and optimize employee engagement
- Representing the organization in contract negotiations and dispute resolution with employees, unions, and other agencies
- Managing and supervising teams to ensure motivation and development through professional leadership
- Performing performance evaluations, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations as required

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience in Labor Relations, HR, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in labor relations, HR processes, team management, and leadership
- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
- The ability to analyze and interpret bargaining trends and issues
