Senior Manager of Employee Relations and Compliance

Job Summary:
- Manage and maintain the relationship between Didi Global Inc. and employees.
- Ensure alignment of employee interests with the company's objectives.
- Address employee relations issues by creating a standard code of conduct, setup Discipline Management and Grievance Management policies, and interpret HR policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks by collaborating with HRBP, HR COE, Legal, and RCCD.
- Provide systematic resolutions to employee relation issues, complaints, and grievances.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the handling skills of employee relations issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and keep employee relations policies and procedures up to date.
- Provide reports to the company's management on the status and trends of employee relations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in employee relations management.
- Fluent English and Spanish communication.
