We are currently seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition and Employee Development Manager to join our team in Mexico City. This individual will play a key role in establishing and managing the People & Culture function for our new operations in Mexico City, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee development.
**Job Description**
The Talent Acquisition and Employee Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Establishing and managing the HR function for the Mexico City office, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with Mexican labor laws
- Partnering with hiring managers and the U.S. Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit top talent, with a focus on growing our local team
- Developing and implementing HR processes, policies, and initiatives that align with both local labor laws and the company's global standards
- Supporting employee training and professional development initiatives, including identifying development needs and opportunities for the team
**Responsibilities**
The Talent Acquisition and Employee Development Manager will also be responsible for:
- Fostering a positive and inclusive office culture, addressing inquiries and resolving workplace issues or conflicts
- Ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, health and safety standards, and other relevant laws
- Implementing and supporting performance review processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans
- Cultivating hybrid work arrangements, ensuring team members have the tools and support they need to work effectively
- Tracking key HR metrics and reporting on workforce trends to support data-driven decision-making
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, the Talent Acquisition and Employee Development Manager should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment
- 5+ years of hands-on, high-volume recruitment experience and end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle
- Thorough understanding of Mexican labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven experience with employee relations, HR compliance, and business partnership
**Salary Range**: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
