Strategic Business Development Representative

**Overview of the Company**: Red Bull Sales teams are dedicated to making Red Bull products widely available across the globe. They achieve this through two channel-oriented sales teams: Off Premise and On Premise.

As a key member of the On Premise team, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities in new On Premise playgrounds to leverage brand image and drive sales of Red Bull's product portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**: Negotiate win/win partnership agreements that add value to both Red Bull's business and customers'. Leverage your impressive communication, sales, and marketing skills to keep Red Bull number one On Premise. Measure success by diligently tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance and areas of growth and opportunity.

**Job Requirements**: You will drive and expand the business by identifying the right sales and marketing occasions where Red Bull should be present (brand, product). Deliver excellence with Red Bull's premium brand image in all activities and execution.

**Relationship Building**: Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players, and business partners (including outlet owners/managers, bar staff, distribution partners, promoters, agencies, etc.). Build and maintain long-lasting collaborations with key stakeholders.

**Ideal Candidate**: We are looking for a self-motivated individual with basic market knowledge and integration into local On Premise industry and community. You should have sales and marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality, nightlife, and/or FMCG industry. Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational ability is required, as well as strong analytical skills (analyze sales and customer data).

**Additional Requirements**: Street smart, knowing what's going on in the streets - understand all groups of people, what every type of person has to deal with daily and know how to act around them. Self-aware and able to adapt communication, presentation, and professional appearance according to audience and scene. Excellent communication, active listening skills, and the ability to negotiate. Ability to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends). Basic working knowledge of IOS and MS Office.

**Estimated Salary**: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
