About the Role:

Ots Globe is seeking an experienced Global Distribution Channel Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to drive business growth and improve distribution channel management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize distribution channels, ensuring seamless communication between hotels, agencies, and corporate teams.
  • Analyze and evaluate the performance of various distribution channels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective commercial distribution of online contracts, leveraging best practices to maximize revenue.
  • Provide technical expertise in channel managers and integration models, driving business efficiency and innovation.
  • Serve as a key liaison between hotels and corporate teams, facilitating open communication and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in a related field (Business Administration, Hospitality Management, etc.).
  • Possess extensive knowledge of Touristic Business, with experience in channel managers and integration models highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate strong IT affinity and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Speak English fluently (written and spoken) and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Showcase a proactive and results-driven work style, with a focus on self-organization and adaptability.
