About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Technical Account Manager to join our team at Hotelbeds. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical sales excellence, with experience in adapting to changing demands and forging strong relationships with external business partners.

In this role, you will be responsible for securing top customer loyalty, overseeing the optimization of API clients, and managing strategic client partners. You will also collaborate with direct sales teams to position and sell our services and solutions to strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with direct sales teams to position and sell our services and solutions to strategic customers, including conference calls, site visits, presentations, technical evaluations, and proposals.
  • Maximize product distribution from a technical perspective, ensuring seamless communication with clients.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for strategic business partners, providing support and guidance on technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information, business needs, and functional requirements.
  • Lead all technical activities relating to key customer integrations, providing post-sales technical support and resolving customer cases.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven Strategic Technical Account Manager Experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce usable documentation and present complex ideas effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and initiative.
  • Knowledge of REST API, XML, JSON, and similar technologies.
  • Experience working with databases, SQL, Tableau, PowerBi, or similar tools.
