Global Community Experience Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join Classpop's operations team as a full-time Global Community Experience Manager. The successful candidate will lead our community partners, assist with customer service, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and assist our community partners
- Direct customer service teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions to customer inquiries
- Establish KPIs for categories and track progress, providing feedback to team members when necessary
- Monitor bookings, dates, and availability of partners
- Identify system and workflow improvements to enhance partner efficiency
- Provide solutions to partner inquiries related to our platform in a timely manner
- Support hosts with questions or requests regarding our platform, upcoming experiences, tools, and communication
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing community partners
- Data-driven analysis skills in Excel with minimal guidance
- Ability to set and maintain KPIs
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the position
- Resourcefulness and responsiveness
- Ability to work efficiently in a home office environment
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel
- Experience working with a CRM
- Attention to detail
Work Arrangement:
Full-time remote role with flexible hours (at least 6 hours within the 8am to 6pm time window in any US time zone)
