Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Classpop's operations team as a full-time Global Community Experience Manager. The successful candidate will lead our community partners, assist with customer service, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and assist our community partners
  • Direct customer service teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions to customer inquiries
  • Establish KPIs for categories and track progress, providing feedback to team members when necessary
  • Monitor bookings, dates, and availability of partners
  • Identify system and workflow improvements to enhance partner efficiency
  • Provide solutions to partner inquiries related to our platform in a timely manner
  • Support hosts with questions or requests regarding our platform, upcoming experiences, tools, and communication

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing community partners
  • Data-driven analysis skills in Excel with minimal guidance
  • Ability to set and maintain KPIs
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the position
  • Resourcefulness and responsiveness
  • Ability to work efficiently in a home office environment
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel
  • Experience working with a CRM
  • Attention to detail

Work Arrangement:

Full-time remote role with flexible hours (at least 6 hours within the 8am to 6pm time window in any US time zone)
