Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team in Hilton Cancún Mar Caribe Boulevard Kukulcan Km 17 Zona Hotelera de Cancun Cancun 77500. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every interaction with our hotel meets the highest standards of quality and service.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel/leisure/retail sector and possess good knowledge of Health and Safety and security procedures. Key responsibilities will include:
- Occupying the hotel lobby and other public areas, particularly at busy times
- Engaging guests in conversation and providing general assistance
- Managing, recording, and resolving promptly all guest complaints
- Meeting and greeting VIP guests and major corporate clients upon arrival
- Coordinating the services and special facilities provided to long-stay guests
- Understanding all credit procedures and ensuring they are applied
- Staying current with all hotel products, services, policies, and emergency procedures
- Monitoring guest satisfaction reports and implementing actions to improve results
- Handling, recording, and following through with management issues or emergencies that arise
- Conducting any Health and Safety procedures, if required, including fire walks, food safety investigations, etc.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel/leisure/retail sector
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety and security procedures
- Calm, efficient, and the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent leadership skills and exceptional communication skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in increasing profitability in a tight market sector
- Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar-sized property
The estimated salary for this position is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
