\t* Supervise Butler Supervisors and Butlers on duty
\t* Maintain the quality and consistency of standard and train Butlers on improvement areas
\t* Concentrate supervision on Floor Butlers, Reception Butler, Private Dining Butler, and Butler Hotline
\t* Increase guest interaction and drive the Trust you score of the property
\t* Assist the Head Butler in achieving the KPI of the department
\t* Ensure all suites and rooms blocked for arrival are prepared on time prior guest arrival
\t* Push all Butlers to compile and record guest preferences, likes, and dislikes, and track it in preference sheet
\t* Ensure through effective supervision that all services offered are always available and provide alternatives
\t* Coordinate activities with other hotel departments to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction
\t* Responsible for promoting hotel facilities, services, and product to the targeted guest group
\t* Assist Head Butler to resolve any issues
\t* Meet and welcome most of the guests personally
\t* Interact with guests as much as possible to ascertain preferences, dislikes, and overall experiences at Raffles Udaipur
\t* Regularly inspect the quality of service provided by all Butlers and ensure that all services are delivered according to standard
\t* Share with Head Butler any complaints, guests comments, and problems
\t* Take appropriate action to resolve guests complaints (Housekeeping, Butlers, Front Desk, Concierge, and Laundry)
\t* Assist Front Office Department, Housekeeping Department, and Food & Beverage Department for any basic requests to give quick and respond service to the guests
\t* Maintain appropriate knowledge about local area, events happening in Udaipur & around the world
\t* Supervise butler pantries
\t* Check on the in-room dining, reception & concierge the stock flow
\t* Assist Head Butler for Operating Equipment inventory
\t* Check Butler's grooming in accordance with hotel standard
\t* Work closely with Housekeeping to ensure correct room status at all times
\t* Handle any DND room within 24 hours
\t* Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
\t* Ensure all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner that all Raffles & Accor standards are being applied
\t* Support the implementation of Raffles core values
\t* Team Management
\t\t+ Provide department orientation and training of the hotel service standards, procedures, and programs
\t\t+ Constantly monitor team members' appearance, attitude, and degree of professionalism
\t\t+ Motivate and provide a work environment which brings out the best in team members
\t\t+ Other Responsibilities
\t\t\t* Maintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage services, outlets, and hotel services/features
\t\t\t* Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
\t\t\t* Attend all briefings, meetings, and trainings as assigned by management
\t\t\t* Report for duty on time wearing clean and complete uniform at all times
\t\t\t* Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
\t\t\t* Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel
\t\t\t* Qualifications
\t\t\t\t+ Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
\t\t\t\t+ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
\t\t\t\t+ Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
\t\t\t\t+ Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
\t\t\t\t+ Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
