Sales Executive III

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive III to join our team at Boston Scientific Corporation. As a Sales Executive III, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our company's products within a defined geographic territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively promote our products to existing and potential accounts.
- Develop action plans to analyze sales figures and reports, identifying the needs of particular accounts and discussing issues with Regional Sales Manager to achieve annual sales goals.
- Determine the needs of specific customers by meeting with physicians and hospital personnel to learn which products can best address their needs.
- Observe procedures in the cardiac catheterization or electro-physiology lab and operating room of hospital accounts to gain insight into the specific nuances of each physician and lab staff.
- Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions.
- Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of our products by giving presentations and demonstrations using various formats and platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nurse, or similar.
- CRM experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or other.
- Advanced English Language (at least B2 level).
- Schedule availability 24/7.
- Sales experience in Healthcare, preferably in private hospitals, with at least 3 years of experience (showing sales results).
- CDMX (no travel).
- Sense of urgency.
- Strategic thinking, engagement, problem-solving, and tolerance for frustration.
- Ability to build long-term relationships, plan, and execute.
