About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team at EcoVadis Germany GmbH. As a key member of our Services of Engagement department, you will be responsible for the onboarding and account management of our Corporate and Select customers, ensuring they maximize the value they receive from our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of new and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high satisfaction levels towards our services.
  • Engage with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers.
  • Assist customers in effectively utilizing our platform to suit their specific business needs.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status and market trends.
  • Work with assigned accounts to promote our solution to the market and beyond through case studies, events, and other initiatives.
Requirements
  • More than 2 years of experience in onboarding or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Organized, attentive to detail, and a clear communicator.
  • Passion for sustainability and business development.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus.
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is preferred.
  • Proactive attitude, including suggesting ideas and improvements.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapting quickly to changes.
