Senior Sales Manager for Traditional Trade

Edgewell Personal Care Brands, LLC is a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands, including Banana Boat, Schick, and Hawaiian Tropic. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager for the Modern Trade Channel.
This role reports to our Channel Sales Manager for Traditional Trade and is responsible for ensuring the compliance of sales objectives and key accounts management in accordance with the company's strategic guidelines. The successful candidate will also be responsible for applying innovative sales tactics and strategies to gain competitive advantages, increasing market share for the entire category through sales tactics and promotional activities.
The ideal candidate will have similar experience gained within a consumer goods/retail company and possess the following skills:
- Administrative degree
- At least 5 years of experience in sales
- At least 2 years of experience at retail stores management
- Fluent English conversation and written communication
- Strong change management capabilities
- High self-motivation skills
- Energetic and tenacious
- Critical thinking
- Result-oriented
Travel availability is required for this position.
