Sales and Trade Channel Manager

You are an ambitious professional looking for a career with purpose. We are a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands, including Banana Boat, Schick, and Hawaiian Tropic.
As our Sales and Trade Channel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with sales objectives and key accounts management in accordance with our strategic guidelines. You will also be tasked with applying innovative sales tactics and strategies to gain competitive advantages in the modern trade channel.
We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills to increase market share through sales tactics and promotional activities. Your role will be to ensure a healthy financial account management while achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals such as sales growth, customer satisfaction, and forecast accuracy.
Ideally, you have experience gained within a consumer goods or retail company, and possess administrative qualifications, at least 5 years of sales experience, and at least 2 years of experience in retail store management. Strong communication and change management capabilities, self-motivation, critical thinking, and result-oriented mindset are essential for this role.
This position involves regular meetings with buyers and directors to ensure results and comes with travel requirements. Estimated annual salary is $70,000 - $90,000 based on industry standards and location.
