Lalamove, a leading global on-demand delivery platform, is seeking a seasoned Marketing Lead to join our team in Mexico. With a proven track record of driving brand awareness and conversion campaigns, this individual will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in social media management, project management, and administrative skills. A diploma in marketing is preferred but not required. Advanced English language proficiency is essential for success in this role.

This is a full-time position based in Iztacalco, CDMX, with a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are an ambitious and self-motivated marketer with a passion for innovation and customer engagement, we encourage you to apply.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Brand Awareness and Conversion Campaigns: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive conversions.
  • Social Media Management: Manage Lalamove's social media presence, creating engaging content and interacting with followers to build brand loyalty.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 4-5 years in marketing, with a focus on social media management, project management, and administrative skills.
  • Diploma: In marketing, preferably.
  • Language Skills: Advanced English language proficiency.
