About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Regional Director to lead our business in Latin America. This is a unique chance to make a significant impact on the growth and development of our company in the region.

As Regional Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for our LATAM markets. You will work closely with our Regional President and other senior leaders to drive business growth, increase market share, and leverage our product categories across all channels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading commercial functions, driving sales growth, and developing effective strategies to achieve business objectives.

In this role, you will also be responsible for attracting attention to Dyson and promoting our brand through first-class activations. You will work with our wider Americas team to identify trends and develop strategies to outperform the competition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver market sales (volume and revenue) and profit targets, while growing our indirect business in the market.
  • Develop and deliver sales strategies for the market business.
  • Drive translation of strategies into action-focused plans that deliver commercial goals and objectives.
  • Attract attention to Dyson and promote our brand through first-class activations.
  • Maximise brand recognition, shopper, and consumer understanding through insight-based activations.
  • Ensure Dyson is presented as a technology icon in retail and facilitates demonstration of tech to address consumer needs.
  • Monitor competitor activity, report, and develop activity to counter their impact.
About You

We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in commercial roles, preferably with international experience. You should have a proven track record of results across minimum two senior rotations (Head Of or Director level).

Ambitious and driven, you should be able to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. You should have excellent communication and business presenting skills, as well as strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Fluency in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese is preferred. You should have an understanding of what success truly means in the market context and be able to plan for that success.

The estimated salary range is based on the location of Mexico City and the responsibilities of the role. The actual salary may vary based on individual qualifications and experience.
