Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Director Latin America Mexico to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve short- and long-term objectives.
  • Cultivate and sustain a motivated and effective team.
  • Promote the integration of the regional team with global priorities.
  • Improve efficiency to ensure revenue growth outpaces cost increases.
  • Manage the activities of the Sales and Marketing department.
  • Define the overall budget for the region.
  • Establish annual objectives and prepare an annual business plan.
  • Develop a well-structured sales policy and establish contractual agreements with clients.
  • Lead and drive the team to meet proposed quantitative and qualitative objectives.

Requirements

  • Experienced sales professional with a solid understanding of finance.
  • Knowledge of the dental market and experience in a multinational environment.
  • Excellent English and Spanish skills.
  • Ability to build a team and lead decision making and proactivity.
  • Professional ethics and humility.

Location
Mexico

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
