Novo Nordisk is a dynamic company in the life sciences industry, driving change and innovation. As the Head of Sales, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and public institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Diabetes Sales Team, ensuring performance management and professional development.
  • Develop and execute strategies and goals to achieve sales objectives and strategic product sales development in the Diabetes sales market.
  • Establish strong and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders in the Diabetes Market.
  • Demonstrate the ability to share knowledge, influence, and understanding of the customer and patient.
About the Role

This leadership position requires a degree in business administration, life sciences, or other relevant discipline, as well as experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industries with strong sales management across districts and regions.

You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role and experience with Public and Government client management.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
