Transformational Sales Leadership Role in German Market

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Account Executive Team Lead to drive the growth and success of our expanding team in the German market. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Sales Account Executives, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring their success.
About the Role:- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Account Executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment that drives motivation and accountability.
- Take ownership of managing Sales-qualified deals and enhance the customer experience, particularly in the execution of the sales cycle for our Expenses functionality.
- Identify, engage with, and support prospect clients throughout their decision-making journey, steering them through the entire sales cycle to successful closure.
- Develop innovative account plans and strategies to surpass sales quotas, employing creative and consultative selling techniques.
You will be responsible for providing accurate forecasts of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability. A Hunter & Farmer mentality is essential, demonstrating hunger, persistence, and a strong work ethic.
Requirements:- A minimum of 2 years of closing B2B sales within SaaS-based companies or digital transformation environments.
- Experience leading a team of Account Executives and managing people.
- Adept skills in data analysis and commercial strategy development.
- Excel as a communicator, quickly establishing rapport and empathizing with individuals.
- Proactively generate and champion new ideas, demonstrating initiative and creativity.
