Sales Development and Support Leadership Expert

Are you passionate about driving sales growth and leadership in a dynamic market? We are seeking an experienced Sales Development and Support Director to lead our SDR team in Mexico serving the US market and build a team of sales support coordinators to support US-based sales executives.
### Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of Senior Sales Development Representatives and Sales Development Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence in the US market.
* Monitor and evaluate the team's performance, providing coaching and mentorship to drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align the strategy with broader company objectives.
* Create and maintain a high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards.
* Utilize Salesforce to manage team performance.
* Provide detailed analysis to inform management decisions.
* Develop training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge.
* Work closely with HR to recruit a high-caliber team and ensure the team is fully staffed.
* Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure the team is on board to support marketing and sales efforts.
### Requirements
* Bachelor's degree.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within a fast-paced tech or B2B environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
* Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and changing environment.
* Knowledge of the US market and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
