Sales Leadership and Business Growth Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development and Support Director to lead our SDR team in Mexico serving the US market and build a team of sales support coordinators to support US based sales executives.
This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the SDR and SSC team, ensuring team members effectively identify and qualify leads, handle tasks for the sales team, and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Senior Sales Development Representatives and Sales Development Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence in the US market.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and mentorship for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategy with broader company objectives.
- Create and maintain a high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards.
You're a fit for this role if you have:
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within a fast-paced tech or B2B environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
