Responsibilities
- Provide support on transactional matters, including legal advice, contract negotiation, and drafting.

Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house.
- Commercial sales lawyer experience, preferably with SaaS knowledge.
- Experience working in an international environment is highly valued.
- Familiarity with licensing, including Software as a Service contracts, is desirable.
- Excellent academic qualifications and substantial relevant experience in providing legal advice and support to businesses are essential.
Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
