Job Overview

You'll work alongside our Creative, Social, and Client Management teams to ensure all production streams are on track. You'll manage the scoping and briefing process, and oversee the smooth running of projects through to delivery.

Working with client and associated agency partners, you'll contribute to central brand creative ideation and lead on creative adaptation, optimization, and social asset generation.

Main Responsibilities
  • End-to-end project management of social media planning and production for our creative team, including development and upkeep of delivery timelines.
  • Understand our client's overall campaign ideas and how they can be extended into new formats and iterations.
  • Commercial proficiency in scoping social media and digital projects of varying scales, budgets, and retained accounts.
  • Work with Project Management and finance teams to ensure the financial health of projects is maintained.
  • Raise POs to third-party suppliers as managed and briefed, and approve invoices against cost reconciliations.
  • Deep understanding of media plans and publisher display technical specifications.
  • Support Resource Management on talent casting and freelance requests in the event of identified skill gaps or lack of capacity.
  • Prioritize across several projects, managing time and resources according to each production's requirements on a daily or weekly basis.
  • Work closely with Client Management and finance teams to ensure the financial health of projects is maintained.
  • Mentor and support team members, displaying leadership and providing counsel to the team.
  • Be a confident and trusted partner to the client, ensuring the team delivers world-class service.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 8-10 years' experience working in a social media/advertising agency side.
  • English and Spanish proficiency.
  • Experience in social media asset production, overseeing all aspects of brief ingestion, project and resource planning, overseeing all asset production, delivery, and project financials.
  • Experience across all social platforms, specifically Meta (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, and X.
  • Experience across multiple social media formats: stills, GIFs, video (primary short-form) and VR/AR.
  • Experience working on photography and video productions, and coverage of live events.
  • Deep understanding of media plans and publisher display technical specifications.
  • Understanding of production rates and the ability to assess and estimate complex production requests and RFP documents.
  • Proven experience working within creative ideation and video production workflows.
  • Experience providing excellent client service.
  • Experienced in mentoring, motivating, and supporting team members, displaying leadership and providing effective counsel to the team.
  • Good creative eye to understand client's overall campaign idea and how it can be extended into new formats and iterations.
  • You will provide solutions, suggest process efficiencies, and optimize and introduce better ways of working.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
