- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the tourism or hospitality industry
- Experience in customer service is required
- Must be well-organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Desirable French communication skills (verbal)
