Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Mexico. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting new sales opportunities, developing a pipeline, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email, and social media
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers
- Closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, retention, or credit and collections
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
