Position Overview:

We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned SaaS Enterprise Sales Executive to bolster our sales efforts in Mexico City. With rapid growth in our Mexican operations, we foster a culture characterized by high performance, accountability, and teamwork. We value strategic planning, diligent effort, and the delivery of substantial value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective territory and account strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, while accurately reporting on activities and forecasts.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders and C-Suite executives.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Manage contract negotiations and secure deals with favorable terms.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings across various business lines, staying informed about industry trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Data Science, and Customer Success, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of proven success in achieving or surpassing sales targets, ideally within a 9-12 month sales cycle.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales to large enterprises or Fortune 500 companies.
  • Strong background in negotiations and deal structuring.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality.
  • A strong sense of accountability to oneself and the team.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and inspire internal teams to close deals.
  • A growth-oriented mindset.
  • Preferred knowledge of the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
