Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sales and service efforts in the LATAM region. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Lead and manage the sales, service, and application teams in the LATAM region, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and make data-driven decisions to drive business results.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the local management team, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, and high-performance.
  • Ensure the effective execution of sales initiatives and programs, including sales excellence, customer service, and trade show activities.
  • Develop and deliver clear and effective presentations to customers, partners, and stakeholders to convey the value and capabilities of Mycronic's products and solutions.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel internationally, with a valid passport and no restrictions on travel.
