Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Team Lead at Kerry, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising a team of customer service representatives and managing daily workload and performance.
  • Delivering solutions and driving improvements on the customer service team, identifying and implementing best practices.
  • Setting clear objectives and supporting individual development and training requirements, conducting regular meetings to review progress.
  • Enhancing customer experience and implementing action plans to address problematic areas and identify improvements.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide feedback, resolve problems, and drive solutions.
  • Managing project work associated with customer service transitions, acquisitions, and development.
  • Monitoring performance, providing coaching and mentoring where appropriate.
  • Remaining flexible to meet business requirements and demands.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree and related experience.
  • Experience supervising teams in a similar environment.
  • Strong competencies in adaptability, applied learning, critical thinking, building trust, communication, time management, business acumen, and leadership skills.
