About the Role

As a Technical Account Manager, you'll be part of our XM Success Team, which is at the heart of Qualtrics. Our team assists customers throughout their lifecycle, helping them unlock the most value from our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute technical revisions to meet the technical needs of clients in your Customer Unit
  • Ensure optimal utilization and impact of programs
  • Nurture client relationships and provide white-glove support to some of our largest customers
Requirements

You should be a tech-savvy professional who is able to explain technical information to a non-technical audience and someone who excels at nurturing client relationships. If you're a highly experienced Qualtrics platform expert who is passionate about delivering exceptional frontline experiences, we want to hear from you.
