Employee Relations Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Provide advice and support to Employees and People Managers on Employee Relations cases.
- Manage the formal case cycle, coordinating case management processes using technology and methods of communication.
- Co-ordinate and deliver training to People Managers, enabling them to manage and develop their teams effectively.
- Ensure a positive experience for all Employees and People Managers by maintaining respect and delivering excellent customer service.
- Update Tier 0 information and guidance, recommending legislative updates to Knowledge base articles and reviewing Virtual Agent chats.
- Provide evidence-based advice and guidance on emerging trends and patterns in business areas and among team members.
- Collaborate with Specialist / Service Centre teams to ensure alignment and consistency of services delivered.
- Depth knowledge of ServiceNow and advanced functionality.
- Ability to manage cases, oversee workloads, and resolve complex processes.
- Advanced reporting and analytical skills to address rising trends and areas of interest.
- Knowledge of relevant employment law, local regulations, and employee relations case law.
- High level of English language proficiency as Kerry's most widely spoken language.
The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
