About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Manager to join our team at Refinitiv. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality digital solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of digital professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver exceptional results.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve customer engagement, and increase revenue.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 3+ years of experience in leading a cross-functional team, preferably in a digital or technology-related field.
  • People Management: 1-2 years of experience in managing a team of digital professionals, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, content, website design, and social media concepts, channels, and KPIs.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated business acumen, including financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
