This involves directing a team with a broad vision to meet market challenges through effective administration and optimization of resources, while maintaining strict adherence to corporate guidelines. The successful candidate will ensure the execution of strategies to achieve business objectives and results that generate value for the company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for the northern region of Mexico, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
• Monitor and improve operational and financial performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as recordable accidents, safety, compliance, product quality, on-time customer deliveries, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), conversion cost, productivity, turnover, and absenteeism.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and financial standards defined by local administration and corporate policies.
• Develop process improvement strategies to implement best practices and drive operational excellence.
• Make informed decisions to increase profitability through effective resource allocation and management.
