**Job Summary**
We are seeking an Enhanced Operations Service Specialist with a strong background in Basis and Performance to join our Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) Delivery organization. As a trusted advisor, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing strategic customers' investments in SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure day-to-day quality service delivery and achieve various ambitious service KPIs and SLAs.
- Provide quick responses during escalations, take proactive steps to avoid escalations, and drive initiatives to improve operations and system stability.
- Perform comprehensive performance assessments for SAP systems running on Hyperscalers platform.
- Assist ECS operations support for ongoing performance issues in customer production systems.
- Oversee performance testing and benchmarking for new IT stacks before sign-off for production implementation.
- Develop and implement performance optimization strategies for SAP applications and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with various teams to optimize system configurations and resource allocation.
- Document performance test results and optimization processes for knowledge sharing.
- Monitor production system performance and provide recommendations for optimal performance levels.
- Conduct Root Cause analysis for service request failures and performance issues.
- Bring in Continuous Improvement Initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Streamline standard operating procedures with a focus on automation enhancements.
- Provide proactive operation services and timely alert reduction programs.
**Requirements**
- Hands-on experience in areas like Basis, System Performance Management, SAP Project Management, and Escalation Management.
- Practical knowledge of SAP technologies.
- Experience with Managed/Hosting services or SAP Private Cloud Operations.
- Knowledge of Application Security, Backup and recovery strategies, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Experience in Problem Management and Root cause analysis methodologies.
