Sales Director

At Global Payments, we're driven by our passion for success and our commitment to delivering best-in-class payment technology and software solutions. As a Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve our goals by executing and monitoring sales of our card-not-present products.
Aim:
Drive sales growth by negotiating with new prospects and introducing them to our card-not-present products and affiliation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with new prospects through in-person or virtual meetings to generate commercial proposals and close sales deals.
- Administer, manage, and update our CRM system to track sales progress and identify areas for improvement.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop in-depth understanding of our Ecomm, EVO Click, and Click and Pay products to effectively communicate their value to prospects.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or finance.
- Experience working in the financial or technology sector, with a strong understanding of payment technology and software solutions.
Competencies:
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
