Position Overview

Your Role:

The role of the Executive Assistant is centered around providing comprehensive administrative support to one or more executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the office environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and structuring information for presentations, speeches, and reports as requested by the executive.
  • Performing editing, proofreading, formatting, document design, and data entry tasks.
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, managing diaries, and arranging travel logistics.
  • Handling and relaying telephone communications from both internal and external parties, effectively managing the executive's interactions.
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive business and personnel information.
  • Individuals with enhanced responsibilities may include:
    • Possessing a deeper understanding of organizational processes, including financial and authorization protocols.
    • Overseeing the executive's agenda and schedule, managing access to the executive.
    • Engaging with both internal and external executives regularly.
    • Conducting research and assisting in the drafting of documents and correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in advanced English.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Background in procurement, reporting, customer service, or related fields.
