Helpdesk Associate Opportunity

NTT DATA Services is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. As a Helpdesk Associate, you will provide technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues with hardware and software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages
  • Offer advanced technical support for in-house applications and developments
  • Answer technical support calls, escalating to other support groups as needed
  • Support clients through email-generated requests or reports
  • Document troubleshooting steps and detailed descriptions of customer incidents and requests
  • Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to correct failures

Requirements:

  • Availability to work 45 hours per week
  • Interest in working on afternoon/night shifts
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in an IT environment
