Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Mexico. As a Field Tech, you will be responsible for the on-site integration of company and multi-vendor systems solutions, including hardware, software, and networking products. Your duties will include installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals.
About the Role
As a Desktop Support Technician, you will serve as a liaison with clients on administrative and technical matters. You will interpret clients' needs and clarify responsibility for problem resolution. You will perform basic configuration of desktops, notebooks, and printers, and be responsible for simple parts replacement and repair.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating system environment
- Basic client service skills
- Basic Asset Management and Asset Tracking skills
- Ability to physically perform general office requirements
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
- Significant travel, including overnight domestic or international trips, may be required
