Key Responsibilities- Apply your understanding of Leadership Principles and values to consult with employees and managers on performance improvement, coaching plans, and employee development.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and implement organizational design discussions, including succession planning and talent management.
- Conduct diagnostics to identify trends and environmental Employee Relations (ER) or workplace issues, and communicate findings to management.
- Implement communication plans for organizational changes and support the rollout of compliance initiatives.
- Lead client group or site engagement activities and audits to monitor organizational health and employee engagement.
- A completed bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of previous Human Resources Business Partner experience.
- 3+ years of experience in working in an operations environment/with associates.
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processes.
- Availability to travel 15% of time.
- English skills: B2+ (upper intermediate or above).
- Experience within Logistics and Distribution or Manufacture Industry.
- Master's Degree or MBA in HR.
- Problem Solving ability and analytical skills.
- 3 years of experience working with unions.
- Ability to manage workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced, frugal environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities.
