About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our Amazon Logistics team in Mexico. As a key member of our People Experience and Technology (PXT) team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders and teams to drive business growth through people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply your understanding of Leadership Principles and values to consult with employees and managers on performance improvement, coaching plans, and employee development.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and implement organizational design discussions, including succession planning and talent management.
  • Conduct diagnostics to identify trends and environmental Employee Relations (ER) or workplace issues, and communicate findings to management.
  • Implement communication plans for organizational changes and support the rollout of compliance initiatives.
  • Lead client group or site engagement activities and audits to monitor organizational health and employee engagement.
Requirements
  • A completed bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of previous Human Resources Business Partner experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in working in an operations environment/with associates.
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll processes.
  • Availability to travel 15% of time.
  • English skills: B2+ (upper intermediate or above).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within Logistics and Distribution or Manufacture Industry.
  • Master's Degree or MBA in HR.
  • Problem Solving ability and analytical skills.
  • 3 years of experience working with unions.
  • Ability to manage workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced, frugal environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities.
