Fire Protection Sales Specialist

**Job Overview**
Vaultic is seeking an experienced Fire Protection Sales Specialist to expand our market share in the region. This role will be responsible for profitably increasing Victaulic's fire protection sales through a thorough understanding of fire protection systems, products, and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a yearly business plan to achieve market, product, and profitability goals.
- Manage territory project opportunity matrices, contractor opportunities, and engineer/owner relationships.
- Negotiate Victaulic product use with accounts, ensuring timely inclusion of distribution and strategic pricing.
- Measure progress with target accounts on a monthly basis, including project successes and priority product sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Working proficiency in English.
- Valid Passport and B1/B2 visa.
- Previous sales experience selling value-added products/services, preferably related to commercial construction or PVF industries.
- Demonstrated achievements in sales, ability to develop long-standing relationships, and solid project management skills.
About the Role
This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, Victaulic provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
