About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Oracle. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships within an assigned geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities and develop account plans to drive sales growth in assigned territory
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales strategies and tactics
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and influencers
  • Drive company strategy into assigned accounts and ensure execution of sales programs
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong business acumen and sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and technology to manage sales processes and analyze data

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:
