Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Jabil Circuit. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our HR function, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support to employees, answering routine questions and escalating issues as necessary
  • Administer leaves of absence, including medical disability, FMLA/CFRA, and PDL
  • Maintain tuition reimbursement programs and track costs
  • Conduct quarterly reporting analysis and update Cal Osha logs
  • Assist in new hire orientation and prepare all necessary documents
  • Process post-employment screening, including I9 and E Verify processing
  • Support AAP program compliance, including I-9 record maintenance and EEO-1 reporting
  • Update and maintain employee training records in HRIS
  • Administer training for new hires and yearly mandatory refresher training
  • Maintain ELT Corporate Ethics compliance database and reporting updates
  • Act as program administrator for Corp AMEX administration

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment legislation
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and read and understand visual aids
