Sales Director for International Business Expansion

Job Description
">- We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our international business expansion efforts.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to grow our sales presence in Latin America, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with experience in managing high-performing teams and driving business results. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for international business expansion
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
- Provide sales training and coaching to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform strategic decision-making
Requirements
">- 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving business results
- Strong background in sales strategy development and execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
