">Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales operations in Mexico, building and managing a strong agent network across the country. This role will focus on executing a nationwide sales strategy aligned with our business objectives and driving growth through entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership.

- Develop and execute a nationwide sales strategy aligned with our business objectives, focusing on market growth and expansion.">
- Lead sales operations through field involvement, performance tracking, and process optimization, ensuring timely recoveries and consistent performance.">
- Establish, onboard, and manage agent networks, providing daily support and follow-up to ensure smooth operations and success.">
- Identify and develop new sales channels and business opportunities for market growth, leveraging the candidate's experience in collections management and channel operations.">
- Agent Management & Network Development">
- Build and develop the agent model to expand our footprint in Mexico, focusing on building relationships and delivering excellent customer service.">
- Provide daily support and follow-up with agents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.">
- Collections Management & Operations">
- Oversee collections activities, particularly in the early stages, ensuring timely recoveries through agent collaboration and coordination.">
- Implement collection processes aligned with sales operations, focusing on consistency and efficiency.">
- Monitor repayment trends and agent performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).">
- Reporting & Performance Analysis">
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs to ensure targets are consistently met, preparing performance reports for senior leadership.">
- Continuously analyze the market for risks and opportunities, adjusting sales strategies accordingly to drive growth and profitability.">
Requirements
">- Education & Experience">
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably within financial services, microfinance, or FMCG at a managerial level.">
- Proven success in developing agent networks or managing distributed teams across large regions.">
- Strong experience in collections management and channel operations.">
- Skills & Personal Attributes">
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.">
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a results-driven mindset.">
- Fluency in Spanish, with proficiency in English.">
- Willingness to travel extensively across Mexico.">
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.">

Compensation Package
">The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, a comprehensive benefits package will be offered, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
