Job Summary
The Customer Service and Insurance Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to international students, communicating with school advisors, and supporting our insurance operations.
This role involves obtaining an insurance license, learning about our products and services, and developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain A1 insurance license within 90 days of being hired
- Communicate with international students and school advisors
- Provide day-to-day support for our insurance operations
- Assist with marketing and client support efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Bilingual or advanced English required; Chinese/Mandarin preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new situations
Benefits:

Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position with a salary of approximately $16,000 per month
