About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our global users. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, with a focus on first-line support, incident management, and problem resolution.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using standard operating procedures and knowledge support tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless support and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Proactively monitor and respond to alerts on critical systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime.
- Meet all defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure high-quality resolution and customer satisfaction.
What We Offer
This is a 100% remote position with competitive pay and benefits, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, you will also enjoy opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
Your Qualifications
- A 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience required.
- Self-motivated individual with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- General or intermediate knowledge of Windows 10 required.
- Experience working in a corporate service desk setting preferred.
