Service Desk Agent

Azka IT Consulting is seeking a highly skilled IT Service Desk Agent - Portuguese to join our team.
This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering calls and responding to tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolving technical issues related to M365 office applications, Microsoft Windows, Internet browsers, PCs, laptops, and basic networking.
- Collaborating with 2nd level support teams to resolve complex issues.
- Providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Working in a hybrid environment, with a mix of on-site and remote work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (IT, industrial).
- Fluent spoken and written English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
- 2 years of proven experience in a service/customer service desk position.
- Good troubleshooting skills and basic understanding of IT principles.
- Basic knowledge of ticketing systems, preferably BMC.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work alone or as a member of a team.
- Availability to work shifts and weekends.
- Responsible and organized.
- Logical thinker.
- Passion for learning new concepts, technologies, and processes.
