Azka IT Consulting is seeking a highly skilled IT Service Desk Agent - Portuguese to join our team.

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls and responding to tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolving technical issues related to M365 office applications, Microsoft Windows, Internet browsers, PCs, laptops, and basic networking.
  • Collaborating with 2nd level support teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Working in a hybrid environment, with a mix of on-site and remote work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (IT, industrial).
  • Fluent spoken and written English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • 2 years of proven experience in a service/customer service desk position.
  • Good troubleshooting skills and basic understanding of IT principles.
  • Basic knowledge of ticketing systems, preferably BMC.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work alone or as a member of a team.
  • Availability to work shifts and weekends.
  • Responsible and organized.
  • Logical thinker.
  • Passion for learning new concepts, technologies, and processes.
