Azka IT Consulting is seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Agent to join our team in Latin America. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls and responding to tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing technical support for M365 office applications, Microsoft Windows, and other software
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Documenting and tracking issues using a ticketing system

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (IT, industrial)
  • Fluent spoken and written English, Spanish, and Portuguese
  • 2 years of experience in a service/customer service desk position
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
