About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our Consumer Organization in Mexico. As a key member of our HR team, you will partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and develop HR strategies to support them.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee experience and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with labor legal counsel to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and drive business decisions.
  • Lead project management to deliver HR initiatives and drive business results.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in an HR leadership role with broad knowledge and experience in People Management.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting employee populations in large organizations.
  • Minimum of four years of experience communicating and presenting to Sr. leadership.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and compensation basics.
