**Job Summary**

Lead A Venta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Execute and reinforce our commercial Partner Program to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

• Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets for Mexico Region, working closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategic plans

• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer acquisition targets

• Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure pipeline development, sales development, and closing

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives

• Partner with customers to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations, articulating the distinct aspects of our products and services

• Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

**Requirements**

• 5+ years of proven experience and credibility in technology sales

• Proven sales management experience, meeting or exceeding targets

• Previous experience as a sales executive or sales manager, with a proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• BA/BS degree or equivalent, with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

• Comfortable presenting in person or virtually, with the ability to convey excitement and energy in virtual and recorded sessions
