Channel Sales Manager for Modern Work and Security

As a Channel Sales Manager for Modern Work and Security, you'll play a critical role in driving sales at scale and delivering revenue impact to the business. You'll work closely with our top managed partners to create a joint sales plan that drives solution area sales, and provide sales readiness and deal coaching to ensure successful execution.
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute a sales plan with top partners to drive solution area sales
- Collaborate with territory partners to create a joint sales plan that drives solution area sales
- Establish a regular sales rhythm to ensure sales execution
- Lead monthly sales reviews to ensure scale execution and provide support for commercial and technical blockers
- Provide sales readiness and deal coaching to accelerate sales performance
- Leverage programs and investments to accelerate deals
- Manage top deals and support partners in driving revenue impact to the business
**Qualifications**:
9+ years of core sales, channel sales, industry, or solution selling experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish
