Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth and profitability in our water technology division.

As a trusted partner, you will work closely with existing customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their key objectives. With strong technical sales expertise, you will generate new business opportunities and expand our presence in the market.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or life sciences, and have prior experience in technical sales or field sales support. A valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record are also required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a bonus structure and comprehensive benefits package. In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet profit increase goals
  • Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend solutions
  • Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving challenges and escalating as needed
  • Actively sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology to promote long-term business relationships
